It's under the Intake Manifold.
For easiest access you'll need to take off Intake-Throttle Body-Intake Manifold. For clearance loosen up the Radiator Frame and the screw at the bottom of the T-frame. That way you can push it back to clear your intake manifold. Then you'll have clear shot and leverage to take off the two bolts of the starter and the screw that holds the positive terminal underneath the rubber boot on the starter.

I think ClubRSX has a DIY for an RSX, that will help you.

I guess it's possible if you have the tools and you can do it without looking at it.
But if you want less headaches and you don't want to get stuck. Go ahead and get it from the top and remove those parts.

The official Honda method is from under the car. For the rest of us plebs that don't have a lift, it's worth the extra couple minutes to pull the intake manifold and work from the top instead of working blind on our back.
