Carmax 5 day return policy
Has anyone ever had any experience with the Carmax 5 day return policy. I bought a car on 08/24/15. On 08/25/15 there were major problems with suspension and front end. I want to return the car and cancel the deal. However, the sales person has told me on the phone that I may not have my trade-in back. If I turn in the car I bought I will have to pay the negative equity on the car that I traded in. Just trying to get some information.
Thanks in advance

the real question is going to be the cost of repair.
will it be cost efficient to fix the suspension and keep the car or better to pay off the old equity?
my opinion, if you owe less than $1000-1500, i would cancel it out, and find yourself something else... you never know, after the suspension is fixed, if other problems are there also.. you can get a preowned car for no money down these days..
let me add when you "trade-in" you are not actually trading, but selling your old car to the dealer and buying another.
