Default Fuse 43 keeps blowing !!

Hey please help ASAP. I have a 96 Honda Civic ex with a 99 b18 from a an integra LS. My ecu is throwing me a CEL and I try connecting a DLC and it gets power but ant retrieve the codes. And I have been searching and can't find a solution as to why fuse 43 under the hood keeps blowing , I tried disconnecting the bulbs from the trunk light and some light and it still pops as soon as I put in the fuse. Help!

Check for a short in the ceiling and trunk light wires and bulb receptacles.

Could i just disconnect all the world from both lights ?
Or would i have to trace the wires and find out that way?

If you unplug connectors C407 and C567, does fuse 43 still blow?
