Ok so heres what I got.

I just bought a EJ8 Civic Coupe EX
Motor was swapped.
D16A... yes just D16A. Translated to a ZC.
Heads off another civic, years 92-95 im not sure what motor. Im guessing a Y8.

I just replaced the dizzy and plugs but im getting codes for the camshaft position sensor and you can kinda hear a misfire. I did have to splice the wires to the correct connection to connect to the harness. I read up the dizzys mounts need to be bored so I can advance the ignition time or should have used a dizzy to a b15.

Any thoughts on this?

Also, my idle bounces when the car is in motion and nutral but settles to a steddy rpm when still and on nutral.

 

You'll have better responses If you move this to the tech or engine management forums. This section of the forum has more to do with engine machining and building stuff rather than electronics.
But yeah sounds like a sensor or something. Good luck!
