Default Turn Signals not working

2003 Honda civic, turn signals are not working, hazards are working. I replaced the relay, and the fuse is good. The signal doesn't even light up or click on the dash. What could it be?

Inspect / test / replace the combination switch. I would scratch together a how-to, but I'm mobile browsing.

Fuse(s), relay then combination turn/headlight stalk in that order. I have been through a switch already but the symptoms were that it become all loosy-goosy and was failing.
