So last night we got a god amount of rain this morning i went to get in my car an drive to work an noticed alot of water on passenger side and behind the passenger seat what coukd this be anyone else have similar problems? Also noticed water in trunk area any helo would be greatly appreciated i need to track this down asap!

check for plugs/dirt in the drain tubes in the roof. Also check that the rear tail light seals are good, in place, and not torn. Check near the antenna area

sunroof or ceiling gasket. most likely sunroof. drain hoses disconnected or gasket is failed.
also under the carpet take a drill bit and drill and put in a 1/8" of a hole for any water to escape. also for the trunk. lowest part.
every honda iv had i put a small 1/8 hole and any fluid at all can get out.
yes you have drain plugs but they are big and tarred over

 

This weekend im gonna check gasket around cowl i think thats where my water is coming from. In the trunk area looks like the water is on the right side leaking from somewhere. Hopefully i can take the car apart somewhat to trak these leaks down.

 

Trunk area is probably tail light gaskets or could be the sunroof drain hose has come off the fitting where is drains outside. If it is the gaskets, I highly recommend these off Ebay. They are thicker than OEM gaskets, they have all the appropriate holes cut out, and they are $25 for both sides whereas you would pay $25 for just one side from Honda.
