Ok so in this video ( View My Video ) you can hear the metallic jingling rattle which is at idle only when the transmission has stopped spinning. when i push the clutch in at a stop i takes 3-5 seconds for the rattle to begin to make noise. This leads me to believe this it has to be something that only makes noise when the input shaft and clutch disc stop spinning, as when i rev the car the sound stops until it settles at idle again.

I took the clutch out this weekend and the TB and pilot bearings were good and like new and the pressure plate looked good. What i did notice however was how the clutch disc springs were making sooooo much noise in the video below you can here me shake the disc and move the springs. Are these springs supposed to be noisy and could this be the rattle from the first video

Clutch is exedy oem replacement for integra type-r (700 miles old) , Flywheel is CC 12lb transmission is 96-97 type-r lsd.

Videos fixed, and it is simple, when the transmission input shaft stops spinning after you push the clutch in a jingling rattle appears from the transmission area. im 90% sure its the clutch disc springs.

 

So it's either clutch related or tob related. It's even possible one of the bolts has come loose.

 

SOLVED, i replaced the rattling clutch disc and the noise is gone
