Default Brake/rotor problems

I'm a little confuse. I just recently bought my first 96 Honda Civic LX sedan. I'm here doing maintenance to the car to get it up to date. When its time for me to change my rotors and brake pad then bleed them to get newly fresh fluid in the system. I came across a 5 lug drum instead of 4. Front the same way but instead of drum it has rotors. Told myself this not right. From factory they come out with 4 lug according to this Bolt pattern | Stud Pattern : Honda Bolt Patterns and other sources. Doing some more research came across the 5 lug conversion which is common. So how do I go about changing the rear drum to rotor and know which brake pads to use? Do I use the 5 lug conversion as my reference? Looking for guidance here. Thank you.

stock a 96 lx would have 4 lug with rear drums. are you asking how to convert it to a rear disc setup? Im confused by your post. If you want rear disc's---search rear disc conversion here. It'll show you the pictures how to do it, and the item list you'll need.

Sorry to confuse you. When I bought the car it got converted to a 5 lug from the looks of it. Haven't took the wheel off yet. I will be taking it of tomorrow and take a closer look. Im trying to replace the drum to a rotor since its already converted to a 5 lug. But don't know what kind of rotors/brake pads to get since i don't know what car it came off. Here a picture might help a little.

No the car has 4 lug guaranteed. You have hub caps with fake 5 lug nuts lol

HILARIOUS! those are plastic $20 wal-mart wheel covers, not lug nuts. Must bring back an OG term for this. EPIC FAIL!

edit: i am all about the diy, but if you can't differentiate between a plastic wheel cover and an actual lug nut/wheel, PLEASE, for the safety of both yourself and those around you, DO NOT attempt any kind of brake work.

You got close enough to see it had a rear drum and I noticed it was a fake lug from a small distant pic on a phone. Please don't work on your own car

12 zx10r. My first bike. Loving it so far. Just got it back in Jan of this year. Came with a Pc5, dynojet quickshift, and taylormade exhaust. Plan on getting it tuned at a local shop here when I get a chance.

I have identical mods but also 10" stretch, ignition module and launch control. Nothing like leaving at 5500k and hooking on launch master. Buy one you won't regret it
