i want to replace everything on the rear brakes (drum, brake shoes, hardware, brake wheel cylinders) and i got some brake shoes from the parts store except the after market ones don't have the poem sliding bracket where the E-brake cable attaches to? there has to be someone that has replaced their rear brakes..where did everyone find the correct brake shoes? You unclip it from the old shoe and clip it to the new one.

Nope.

I've done several makes and models of shoes, including 88~91 Civic, and they all have had a pin with a clip. Remove the clip off the pin and the e-brake arm slides off.
