Looking to buy ignition wires
Hi,
I am looking to replace the wires going from the distribution cap to the ignition coils. It is a 2002 LX 1.7l
I do not seem to find them on sale anywhere though. Maybe they have a specific technical name/term I do not know but I only find on sale the ignition coils.
Kindly point me to a vendor.
Thanks.
PS: background information: the wires are kind of fried and smelling burned. The engine runs fine but has no power/traction when going uphill and has a tendency to overheat. Ergo, I have started with the simple checks and I found these wires are bad.

There is no distributor on a D17. It's coil on plug. If you smell burning, you may have to replace the coil packs... but that'd be the first I'd heard of any of them going bad.
Thanks. The wires going to the coils are smelling burned and their plastic coat is darkened are rigid - about to break if I move them. Nobody seems to carry that wire harness, except maybe the dealer.
I guess they only sell the whole harness: https://estore.honda.com/honda/parts...n=&b=E++07&dl=
