So i finally get my chipped p28 in the mail and then a week later my conv harness arrived from hong kong..nothin like staring at a freshly tuned ecu for a week waitin for a damn cord...anyway. i get everything installed and it won't stay running. Code 14.iac. i have the old style 2 wire and it worked fine with the factory ecu. But i cant even keep it running with the my foot on the pedal. Runs for a few seconds and dies. Every time..so it seems like a bigger issue than the iac valve..so now what?

 

Not a lot of information here to troubleshoot the issue. It could be a million things. Its not a tuned Ecu, its a basemap. Therefor there are aspects that may be wrong such as fueling. It sounds like you don't have a wideband from your lack of AFR information so we can't even verify the fuel is right. I would start with the known issues, fix the IACV error.
