hey guys I just picked up a head and wanted to verify the type of head and year.
its stamped at the side with pm3-16

is that a d16a6 head? as that's what was stated at point of sale.

 

Some will say all pm3 heads are the same. Whats the stamped year right next to it?

I was thinking it was a year but I hope not. as the a6 stops at 91.

 

Difference is in the camshaft...and valve springs if you want to be technical. I am one of those people that will say all PM3 heads are the same.

 

so am I safe to hook it up to a d16a6 block with all the ecu,dizzy and fuel sytem from the d16a6?
will it still run smooth like stock?

that's more of what I need. cause ill be getting a dizzy for an a6 head and I don't want to have issues.
