My wife has a 1997 Accord EX Wagon and complained that whenever she would turn there would be a wave of water that would drain onto the floor mat one side depending which way she turned. I figured the place to start would be the evaporator drain. This is a little tube that exits the evaporator under the glove box and goes through the firewall to drain under the car. Upon inspection I saw that this had a slow drip coming from it. You may be able to unclog this drain from the outside from under the car with just a wire but I did it from inside the car.
I was able to remove the drain tube from the evaporator with just my hands. I then pulled the drain tube all the way into the car. Inspection showed the tube to be clear and free of debris. The slow drip continued. I then shoved a wire up the drain and wiggled it around. There was a rush of ~12oz of water along with bits and pieces of what looked like leaves. I stupidly had not prepared for this rush of water. I then cleaned up the mess I had made. I pushed the drain tube back through the grommet hole in the firewall and reconnected it to the evaporator making sure it was seated all the way.
The car now has no issues with water flowing onto the floor when turning with the A/C on. Again, this process can probably be done from outside under the car through the drain tube without disconnecting anything and without creating a mess inside the car.
