chipping p28 needed
I want my vtec @ 4200-4400 and no redline and no speedlimiter if possible,will ship ecu if prefered.I want someone who knows what the hell they are doing. 94 ex d16z6 cold air,header,no cat exhaust.Plans on ecu and cam.
