EP3 HFP suspension repair

Are the Honda OEM upper strut bearing and top hat compatible with a HFP suspension? I need to replace the strut bearing due to coil bind. Anyone knows?

It should be. The only difference with the hfp suspension are the spring rates and damper valving.
