Just purchased an EMI and headlights are glazed to hell as well and aftermarket coil overs ride like do do so I'm looking to restore to oem quality ride for the moment

I don't think honda makes coilovers, rather just coils. Just go get a set from the junkyard if its only temporary.

If you're cheap you can even get away with using toothpaste on the lights.

So you want oem like ride quality, but do you want oem ride height? Eh since you have a EM1 i'd say replace with stock, or for a little better performance try monroe struts.
