Help- 98 accord "no spark"
Details that may or may not be necessary for help with this:
*2002 Honda Accord with a 1998 Honda VTEC 4 cylinder engine, Manual
*new gas tank December 2013
*new fuel pump spring 2014
*new flex pipe May 2015
*new battery spring 2015
*new spark plugs and wires 8/15/15 (this was a first attempt to fix the issue; problem started about 2 weeks ago).
My car will not start. Seems to be "no spark," as it is turning over just fine and doesn't even bog down at all when holding the key in a continuous attempt to start it. It just doesn't "catch" and fully start, if that makes sense. All lights and the radio turn on so doesn't seem to be a battery or alternator issue. Fuse for the distributor cap seems fine. I don't think a fuel pump that's only a little over a year old could be the problem. Anyone had this problem? Unsure if distributor cap is the issue or if it's more fuel related. I'm trying to sell the car so it was sitting for a couple weeks, but it seems to me if it were a fuel issue it would start but just run rough. Tank is about half full. Any thoughts or suggestions? I'm on an extremely limited budget so simply replacing part upon part is not feasible and I can't afford a tow. Thanks.

Thank you for the link.
There ended up being no spark. It turns out it was a bad coil and bad relay. Started right up (though a little rough on the idle); put some higher octane gas in it and it's good to go.
