1995 Honda Odyssey Turbo Build "Race Van" DailyDriver
Almost 40 pounds removed today. Took out the sunroof and all the rails, motor and so on.
Everything I removed

Well, I've got her down to 3040 with out me in the seat. I'm 160 pounds.
What's next?<br/>Thinking about removing the full a/c system. Seeing that my compressor locked up. Time will tell.
Interesting. Definitely not a sleeper with hood pins, intercooler and hood exit dumptube, but it could be interesting. I'd definitely remove the AC and just about everything else if you are serious about cutting weight.
If it's a daily depending on where you live you may want to fix and keep the AC. If your dead set on removing more weight, ditch it and cut/grind off all the interior metal pieces so you are left with flat sheet metal panels. All of the speaker surrounds, support bracing, other interior crap etc. can pull an easy 60-80#s that way. If you can get it to where it's ~3000 with you in the driver seat that should be fine. It's a turbo car, add power! Also, make sure your suspension is sorted out. Typical setups for your average Civic/Integra won't be the most efficient for your chassis as they (obviously) have different weight transfer and aerodynamic traits. I don't know what your current setup is, but I would minimize chassis flex as much as possible, and drag springs keep the front end planted under launch. Cool build for sure! What engine/turbo?
Door panels is another thing you can ditch. That and all the electronics that aren't necessary. Just a point of interest, is that a twist handle on the harness bar? Is it adjustable?
Harness bars are inherently unsafe and so are 4-point harnesses in factory seats.
