I bought the car at 46,600 miles in january of 2015 and love it, unfortunately I can't really afford to keep it at the moment and must pass it on. I've preformed all recent maintenance myself, although I don't have many receipts to show for it. Recent maintenance in the last 8k miles includes:
New serpentine belt
New trans fluid, honda mtf
New diff fluid, mobil1 gear oil
Oil just changed at 54k with penzoil and honda filter
New rear plastic window
Koni yellows with stock springs
Dunlop direzza zii star spec
Aligment after tires amd konis installed
Coolant flushed with honda blue coolant
Brake fluid flushed
Cabin filter
New valve stem seals (see below)

Modifications:
Koni yellow sport shocks rebound adjustable and ride better than stock on full soft
Mp3 aux adapter added to stock radio
Two additional infinity speakers behind the seats
Modifry dash mount, will need to purchase your own phone mount though
Modifry top elastic bands


The imperfections:
UPDATE: Replaced valve stem seals and no longer burns oil!
The car has burned oil since I bought it, about 2-3qts between changes at 3k miles. I ran a compression test and the numbers are good and even so I don't believe it is the rings. I did switch from mobil to penzoil as suggested on the forum that had little effect. I replaced the valve seals and will know by the end of the week if that was the problem. I checked the oil every time I got gas so I never starved it. There were no cracked retainers so I don't believe any previous owner over-revved the engine, and I haven't.

As far as the vehicle history goes, I received a carfax from the dealer and it goes as follows. 4 previous owners, me being the fifth. 1 "accident" around 2002 in the rear. All the vins match including the rear bumper cover. I have had the rear bumper off and see no indication of an accident. My honest guess is it was probably just a fender bender and they repaired/replaced the bumper cover. The paint matches on all panels.

There are your standard stone chips here and there, on the rear bumper there is a spot a previous owner touched up, but with the wrong color yellow :/ And there is one small dime sized ding on the passenger quarter panel.
