Het ya I have a civic that starts up but when it shuts off its really hard to start back up I change the fuel pump I check the fuse for the pump and the relay when I try to start it it just cranks up I have to put the gas paddle all the way down to try to start it it take a while to start I need to get it jump and stray all over unto it start any ideas
