Leaking oil from what canister?

Too much crank case pressure or the breather box o-ring is bad/not put in properly.

Being fully built means you needs fully built accessories. (catch can/breather)

Did you set the valve lash??

Did you check the TPS calibrations?

Is Timing set?

Is Mech. timing confirmed?

What exactly is this special basemap you speak of? Any idea what it was made with or what the parameters are? My guess is you have more than one problem going on here.
