1991 Honda Accord EX-R Transmission Problem
I got an Accord 91 that doesn't go to first gear, but goes through the rest of the gears. I got "S" blinking and says Solenoid (A).
-I Tested Solenoid its okay (Clicking and no signs of debris with the screen)
-I checked TCU doesn't seem like it has damage or any signs of burn etc.
-I Tried disconnecting the battery then put it back on still no fix.
I also got 3 orange socket connectors right beside the under the hood fuse box I'm wondering what are those for? I tried connecting those 3 together and nothing changes...
Thank you in advance guys. Hope to see my Accord healthy again.

Verify the wiring harness to Sol A is not damaged or broken.
Check the connectors for corrosion. Did this problem just start?
Verify the main ground from the battery is clean and tight.
Verify the battery is fully charged and holding a charge.
Verify the battery terminals are clean and tight.

Actually it was like on and off situation.. Sometimes it shifts through all the gears and no flashing "S" then sometimes not.. I noticed that everytime I drive at high speed (80kmh and up) "S" light goes back right away and got bad shifting again....
Here's the reading for the codes I got.

Orange connectors are usually related to the ABS system. Does your car have ABS or a functioning ABS system?
Trans codes appear to be
2- Lockup clutch Solenoid B
7- Shift solenoid A
8- Shift solenoid B
15- Mainshaft speed sensor
Check your wiring harness and connections. If a PO has disconnected the ABS connections rather than fixing, they may have done something similar with the transmission harness.
Test the solenoids by applying battery voltage directly to each solenoid. A solid clicking should occur ON/OFF. Verify the screen filters are not plugged up.
Verify resistance of the speed sensor 800-1500Ω. If so, pull out the sensor and verify the sensor is not covered in slurry, wipe clean and reinstall.
Move on to the wire harness, verify the connections are not corroded/damaged. Verify the pins are not backing out of the plastic connectors when snapping together. Verify there is no corrosion causing a bad connection.
Verify TCU pins are not damaged or corroded.
Open TCU and carefully look at the resistors and capacitors. A discolored resistor would be from overheating and most likely has lost its original Ω value. Check the capacitors, they may not be fully blown, but if they are swollen they are about to fail.
