Default 99 LX V6 Hesitates

Hello. So having an issue that started off with the engine dying intermittently but with help of this forum from others postings i am a lot better off now. So thanks for all the great information on here. And i apologize for the long post here.

Here is the history. It's a 99 Accord V6 LX Automatic with 340k miles on it so i'm lucky it still runs anyways. The engine would just die w/o warning rather at a stop light, going 20 through town or going 70 on the interstate. The rpm gauge and all power, lights would work just fine when it happened. I could put the car in neutral and it would start right back up. Sometimes 2 or 3 tries.

Now after doing some work and replacing a few things it no longer dies which is great! But it now will have moments of where the engine acts as though it's not getting any gas. Again just randomly, just like it was when it was dying. It finally stopped dying after i cleaned the EGR port and valve, which the ports were very clogged.

I have changed:
IACV (tried cleaning first). This was a previous issue anyways where the rpm's would jump between almost 0 to 1000 or sometimes between 1500 and 2500. Now it stays at about 700 rpm when in park or at a stop after replacing the valve.
ICM
Distributor Cap
Rotor

My next guess was going to be changing the Main Relay. Which I did order one but it arrived damaged and I decided to try cleaning the EGR port first before buying another one. Before cleaning, the car would die at least once before driving it 30 miles. I have since driven almost 400 miles after cleaning the port without it dying. I am certain now that the clogged port along with whatever is causing the "hesitation" or feeling of "lack of fuel coming in" was causing the engine to die.

The mechanics around here will just want to try parts and see what happens. Well i can do that but I'm not sure what might cause the hesitation at times. The relay would just cause it to shut off i was thinking or am i wrong? My relay of course has 340k miles on it, i assume. It has some corrosion around the copper parts and is warm to the touch after driving. Should they be warm to the touch? I am sure i need spark plugs which i plan on doing soon but could that cause a random hesitation issue? I guess at 340k miles anything is possibly wrong but any ideas on where to start would be appreciated. No codes by the way. Thanks!

What you can do is get a fuel pressure tester from Harbor Freight and hook it up. Gently lay the hood on it with the gauge facing the window so you can watch it. Drive around and when the car starts to die see if fuel pressure is dropping off. This would be what I would do to isolate it first. If fuel pressure isn't dropping off I would think it would be ignition related. However, if the front oxygen sensor hasn't been replaced I would pick a Denso up and install that as good maintenance in addition to it possibly being the culprit.

Thanks i will look into the fuel pressure tester. I did just order a front denso O2 sensor since i doubt it has ever been changed. if it has it's been so long it would be past needing one by now.
