Default 98 Accord 2.3 VTEC Fuel Injectors

My car is throwing a Bank 1 rich code, and the short and long term fuel trim are very negative….-20.3 LT and -27 ST at idle. I was going to change out the fuel injectors, but I ran into a problem. The fuel injector boss in the intake manifold is quite small. The injectors are about an 1/8" larger and will not fit. Injectors that came out were stamped ABS A PH03, and they are Heikin injectors. Has anyone seen these type of injectors before? and does anyone know how I can find out what kind of engine they belong to…LEV or ULEV? I'm not sure if the injectors are actually bad, or if I installed the wrong Pri O2 sensor thinking this was a 98 Accord 2.3 F23A1??? Any help would be appreciated.

First use seafoam to check for an exhaust leak anywhere from the exhaust manifold to the oxygen sensor. You never replace injectors on a whim. They rarely ever ever go bad anyhow.
