Hello all,

My car has been sitting for weeks now unable to be driven because the proportioning valve is ruined. This part is incredibly hard to find... If you can even find it at all. I've been searching for days now, and I'm at the point where I'm starting to wonder if I'll need to just bite the bullet and get another car. It is a 30/30 valve with the number 3A-18 written on it.

I've looked for part numbers and replacement part numbers and I keep seeing discontinued everywhere. Does anyone know of a valve that will work for my car from another type of Honda or Acura vehicle?

My car is a 1988 Honda Accord LX 4 door disc/drum brakes. It's automatic and carbed.

I really need to find something soon... I'm at my wit's end right now.....
