Default Timing Help ? 1991 prelude 2.1

Hi New to the site but got a problem. Every time I line up my timing correctly then tension it, I go to run the car and it stinks of gas and sounds like a slight misfire...check the timing again and the crank mark goes out a bit. What do I do?

your slipping the timing belt, double check your timing marks on the crank pulley and oil pump and the cam gears, sounds like you dont have the timing belt on correct and not tentioning the belt correct. reset the belt and tention the belt the way the factory recomends.
