Default 92 Accord No Start and electrical problem.

I have a 92 Accord LX that started running rough and through a code. Code was for O2 sensor. I replaced O2 sensor and did a tune up which consisted of plugs, wires, valve cover gasket, air filter, cleaned iac fitv. Car ran great after replacing everything for about 3 days. Car cut off going down the road and everything went out. Everything that stopped working is power locks, windows, power seat belts, cluster( brake light, check engine light, oil light, speedo, tach. Only thing that works on the cluster is the battery light. Also the auto shifter is stuck in park, so I have to move it manually. Everything was working fine and all of sudden all this showed up at once, which is very weird.

-If the car sits for a bit it will crank up and idle for 20 secs and cut off if you give it any gas it cuts off.
-it's getting spark and fuel.
- pulled ecu and checked for anything burnt and didn't see anything.
- check ground at fuse box and ecu and under hood.
- changed our main relay.
-all fuses are good. Cooling fan relay was blown but replaced.
-horn works and radio and cig lighter.

I am very frustrated with this car and have tried a lot. Any suggestions or leads to check. I'm sure it is very uncommon for all this to happen at once, but it did.

It could be your IAC idle air control. Youtube has lots vids on this.

Yea but would that cause the gauge Cluster, all power options to quit working. I will check the iac again for the running issue. Thanks

This may sound a bit stupid, but have you checked your Battery Connections? are they tight, Clean? have you checked the connections on your starter motor, alternator, Ground straps, ground connection from Battery to the engine? if any of these connections are loose or bad, it will definitely cause something like this to happen.
