This was only my second time at Mid-Ohio. What a great track! The car in front is a Corvette Z06. We were both on street tires. I chased the Z06 for the better part of this session until we ran into traffic.

I had you at about a 1:53.40. Pretty good. Have any mods? Track tires?
I've only raced (7 weekends now) my ITC Civic around there will a fastest lap of 1:53.00. I'd really like to take the R out there sometime.

Keep the constructive criticism coming! I still have plenty to learn. I was running street tires... 205/50/15 Azenis. The car has Buddy Club coil-overs. I reversed the spring rates. I'm running the 8's in front and 12's in the rear. That's roughly 447frt and 673rr. Other than the coil-overs I have basic I/H/E. I'm trying to make sure the car remains reliable. I was pretty happy with high 1:53's on street tires. It's nice to hear that it's comparable with your ITC car! In this video, I'm noticeably out of shape in the keyhole (real early) and I was working on an exaggerated line in the esses.

Sean Louisin was with me. We ran the NASA event on Friday and a WheelSource event at Putnam Park on Saturday and Sunday. It was an awesome weekend. I have some great footage of me chasing Sean around Putnam. We took turns playing follow the leader. I'm waiting for the little brown truck to deliver a new firewire card and some software. I'll post some new vids soon. L8R
