I recently did an engine replacement with a JDM Engine.
She runs GREAT, except at 4500 the engine surges ( Vtec? ) or Rev Limiter?
Only one plug isn't connected, I am thinking its related, but I cannot find a specific picture or diagram anywhere.

It has a 2 pin connector Blue(maybe Purple) with black stripe, and a Brown with a yellow stripe, ANY Help appreciated

Oil pressure switch. It's above the oil filter on the rear of the engine.

 

Not the switch, the switch is a single round connector, and the gauge works too. This is a weird one, about to go open someones hood and look LOL

Sorry, was looking at the wrong one. It's the VTEC oil pressure switch. Which plugs in right next to the EGR valve.
