What should I use in my transmission?
I did my clutch last night and when I drained the tranny fluid it was pretty bad. I just bought the car last Friday and I think the guy was running atf. There were alot of shavings in it. So I was going to put in the 10w30 but I thought that would still be too thin considering that the tranny is probably pretty weak so I used 75w90 gear oil full synthetic that A professional mechanic recommended to me. Should I change it out again to 10w30?

You should first tell us which transmission you're referring to in your post.
In the event it's a B-series transmission, what's wrong with using Honda MTF?

Honda MTF has always worked great for me. It's reasonably priced and is in stock at every Honda dealership I've asked. Can't go wrong with the original fluid for your DD.

Seems to be the JDM thing to do lately as a cheap way to get an Integra rolling again... Whatever the case, Honda MTF is the suggested fluid of use. An alternative would be Synchromesh, which can be purchased at a GM dealer or an auto parts store under the Pennzoil brand name.

I'm assuming this is a manual transmission. 75W90 is WAY too thick.
10W30 or Honda MTF would be my choices. Or Torco MTF.
