I have a pretty low 1997 Honda Accord . I'm at a point where I want to go even lower but I have a few problems ...

My oil pan is sitting too low and I already scraped through one . I was thinking raising my motor with washers but don't know how I would go about it . Any help on that would be great !

My axle keeps hitting my frame while driving . Both of my axles are pretty beat because of it . Before putting new ones in , I need to know how to notch my frame on even cut it (not to worried about structural integrity , don't hate)

My gas tank is sitting very low too . I want to relocate the stock tank into my trunk . Any help on that would be great too . Before you complain about safety , i'd rather have a gas tank in my car than a really low hanging one next to an exhaust pipe that sends sparks everywhere .

RAISING MY CAR IS NOT AN OPTION . I need to be as low as possible without too much worry about breaking important stuff that I need to make my car run .

I'd also like to say that I realize these are all dangerous or stupid etc . for one reason or another but truthfully , I don't care . I realize the precautions for everything i'm doing but I need to do this to achieve goals . Any tips on going about these would be much appreciated .

Then buy a different car. The fact that ALL of these subsystems are interfering with their surroundings is telling you the same thing. You've reached the limit of the platform. The fact that you are asking us not to "hate" on you for wanting to creating an unsafe vehicle that the rest of us, at least on the east coast, have to share the road, with illustrates that you are not in a constructive mindset.

No, that would actually require investment of decent money in the car. OP wants us to tell him how to notch his frame so he can scrape his brake lines and oil pan on the ground.

 

Anything CAN be done with the right amount of bullheadedness and fabrication skills. If you decide to notch the frame box it when you're done. Don't just grind a notch and leave that **** open LOL.


You gotta ask yourself... how low do you want to go LOL.

 

If you want to slam the car, and are planning on relocating the tank, you will need to relocate the fuel and brake lines as well.
Fuel cell in the trunk would be the safest thing do to.
Front frame rails could be modified a bit, maybe just a slight notch and fill in cut out section with round tubing halfs welded in to clear the axles while maintaining structural integrity. But you would still need to verify nothing else will rub or be damaged from such a low ride height.
But this will all cost money. The other issue is will the axles bottom out in the cups of the inner joint? If this happens it can damage the differential by binding it up.

If you are worried about your tank, place a guard underneath it, something that will not spark, AL or thin hardwood plywood could be used.
Have the hangers readjusted on your exhaust to pull it up further into the exhaust tunnel.

Cheapest mod to get it low would be to use a lower sidewall height tires.

Back in the day you would use VW bug tires on your Ford/GM/Mopar wheels. Dropping the overall wheel diameter from 27-28" down to ~24". An easy 2" drop right there. Speedometer would be inaccurate.

 

Achieve what goals?

Bag it! IMO That would be the cheapest and safest route.

That way you can have that killer parking lot stance and still have a reasonable ride height. One that would not require moving all of the important parts from under the car into your trunk and back seat.
