Hey guys! So I'm new to the site, and to Honda's as well. The whole point of me creating this account was to get to know my Civic more. I know that it's got the D17A2, and that these motors aren't really good for modding. Fortunately, the motor died on me! So now comes the questions, which engine would be suitable for me? I'm looking for something that gets decent fuel efficiency, but one that has plenty of torque (I drive the highways all the time, and hate having to shift to third to pass). Any ideas?

Another step ahead of you, heh. Those aren't the plates I usually have on the car, therefore not registered to the car. It's been parked for some time now, but thanks anyways. ^^
