Im looking for something better than OEM shocks/struts, but fit like oem ones unlike koni yellows, which I do not think i have the skill to make those work. I've read that tokico blues are oem replacements. What do you guys suggest?
I dont want to slam it. I want it to ride nice, but still be a bit stiff and handle corners better than oem. I was looking at Tein S Techs which is a 1.5" drop. Whats a good pair to go with those to achieve what I want?
This is how I want it to sit, a bit higher, about half an inch.

Koni's or Tokico d'specs. I assume that since you got GC coilover sleeves, you plan on lowering it more than 1.5 inches. All other shocks won't hold up to that abuse in your price range.

I agree Tokico D-Specs or Konis for the GC sleeves. I rode on GC sleeves with stock shocks for a while rode like crap then I bought the D-Specs and its was a night and day difference. Improved the ride and handling. I've been on D-Specs with GC sleeves for I believe 5+ years now and still going strong. I only use my car strictly for commuting nowadays now that I am much older. Height went from dumped to 1 1/2" gap all around. Also running a rear camber kit as well. Look up DIYs. Installation is fairly easy. I installed my GC sleeves and shocks with basic hand tools and penetrating fluid at the time. Hope this helped.
