Default 94 civic hatchback stalls

Need help with 94 civic hatchback
My car stall turn off in a red light then turns on a check engine and it drives heavy when I push da pedal to go fast it dosent want to change gears but then it does..is it the cat or the map sensor..

+1 for pulling the code

It could be a map sensor issue or a vacuum leak somewhere and its causing it to stall out?

How can I check it for leak is a obd1 n autozone cant check the code where can I take it to check the code ...the light ce light turns on then after I turn of the car fo like two hours ce light is off never comes on untill I ride the car for at least 20 minutes or untill it gets hot ce pops on n car drives heavy loud sound off the muffler like if is da cat

Ok I did it but it gave me 4 fast flashes Whats that code 4 small fast flashes

Reset ECU to see if code returns.

If so, Ohm test the two CKP sensor wires from the ECU connector. Be prepared that there may be an intermittent open in one of the CKP wires, typically a bad connection at a connector.
