I have a Honda Civic 96 LX and it was low on Freon and put with Recover vaccum to see any other problem like leaks or holes and none apperared. it was recharged with new 134a Freon 22oz. The AC is good was good on its fill but the fan doesn't work inside the car.

What could be the problem?

A diagnose needs to be performed.

 

Does the compressor clutch engage?

Is fuse 17 or 56 blown?

 

Fan (cabin air blower) inop? possibly the switch, the blower motor or there is a resistor array that creates the different speed settings. At least on my 96 , that is how that works.

 

With my 96, SWMBO would complain that the different speeds would stop working until all she had was the high speed setting.

 

Ah, I missed "internal" fan.

OP - check the 2 blower fuses.
