2002 accord issues and questions
Hey guys. I seem to be having a few issues I'm hoping someone can shed some light for me on. Have an 02 accord that has had the check engine light on since I bought it and the code its throwing is p0325, knock sensor. The light used to go off and on until I replaced the sensor and now it just stays on constantly. I understand what the sensor does and it's possible I bought a bad one? I'm thinking of buying another sensor and replacing again but they're pretty expensive and I'm not used to working on Hondas so I'm looking for advice. Thanks in advance.
I would suspect the wiring. Use you volt meter on ohms, and check the wiring back to the ECM. Also, check your reference voltage to the sensor, should read 5V when the key is on, and the sensor is unplugged.
Yea think that's my next step. I've read bad ecu can be suspect too. SRS light on too. Wonder if it's all tied in together through ecu. Are they hard to change or do I need certified obd I I tech?
