Default corner lights 1991 civic

I have a 91 civic dx sedan, my problem is, how do adjust the corner lights to eliminate the spacing gap between the headlight and the corner light

You don't. The gap is just there because they are separate pieces and you don't want the head light to rub the corner light when you adjust the height of your beams.
