Hello peeps! i need your help because i am stumped -_-
I have dohc zc out of crx si in my 1991 honda civic hatch
just about a few weeks ago i replaced the head gasket.
after replacing the gasket my buddy/mechanic made me a harness because the injector wiring was horribly weak! very brittle wires. once removin the original harness ( the battery was not disconnected ) and connected the new harness the car would not start! o_o i replaced the fuse box in the engine bay and even tried a new main relay. i also checked the timing of the car. the ecu is throwing codes 6 & 10. would these codes make the car not start? could anyone suggest what i could check on the car? suggest replacing?? anything could help please i am stumped and i need my car for work!! i am tired of riding my bike to work!!! D:

 

CEL 6 is ETC, AKA coolant temp check. Shouldn't stop the car from starting.

CEL 10 is AIT, AKA intake manifold temp check. Shouldn't stop the car from starting.

Did your buddy delete an injector resistor box? I assume he wired the injectors wrong. Happens all the time. Recheck the wiring and make sure you have an injector resister box if your injectors require them.
