Hey guys, anybody got any experience with these?

I've been looking for a new suspension setup for a bit and think I've decided on going with the BC Racing setup. Just wondering if others here have any experience or can provide some insight on them.

For anyone that has gone with them, any input on spring rates? I've got a 1998 Type-SH that sees some spirited driving here and there but is strictly a daily driver on mostly flat, straight roads. Looks like their default spring rates they're coming with these days is 10k/5k but I've seen some other Type-SH guys go with 8k/6k on them.
