I have recently bought a 2004 Honda Accord. The horn will not work from the inside and the cruise control will not work. Also, the little man with airbag symbol will not go away either. I took it to get looked at and they said I need a new Cable Reel. I bought one and my husband and I put it on last night. Horn and cruise control still isn't working and the symbol is still there???? Is there a way to test to see if the part I ordered is good or not? Any suggestions on what to do???
