Default F23A transmission vacuum line

Hey guys I'm just a noob here that recently completed an engine swap. On my f23 automatic transmission there is a small hose that I'm not sure about. It's sitting next to my top radiator hose and I can't find where it goes too. Please any help would suffice I believe it's causing the tranny to shift poorly.

Your transmission is electronically controlled and shifted. Poor shifting is usually either due to wear, damage or neglect (failure to change transmission fluid on schedule).
