Icon2 TCM/TCU Tuning Question

Hello everyone, I am from Argentina so first, sorry about my English, and sorry if is not the place for this new post.

I have an Integra LS (1992) B18A2 automatic. Here, in Argentina, there isn't the manual Integra model.

I am a Developer and I want to know if I can open and watch the source code of the TCM and re-program it. My idea is to use the current transmission system like a sequential transmission, Setting for example the '2' like the first gear, the 'S' like the second gear, etcetera. Or changing the mechanical system of the transmission putting some springs, creating something like (+)(N)(-) sequential tranmission type, increasing the gears when the solenoid contact with the (+) position.

Somebody knows something about that? It is possible? How I can read the source code from the TCM?

Sorry if I dont explain that very well, I hope you can understand me. Thank you.
