Default HELP NEEDED !! REMOVING EVAPORATOR FROM EK CIVIC

Hi I'm trying to remove my evaporator from my 98 civic with an 99 SI dash swap. I cant seem to remove the evaporator for the life of me as it feels like its getting hung up on something that i cant see.... I have followed the instructions lined out here:
96-99 Civic A/C Removal of Expansion valve
but after removing all five of the 10 mm bolts the thing is loose but the black casing that contains the evaporator is not willing to come out (yes i unbolted the AC lines behind battery). Is it possibly getting hung up on another duct? Is there more that has to be removed? The photo is not of my car but another pic i found online. THANKS

Did you unhook the ac lines from behind the battery?

I took out anything and everything around mine and eventually I got it out.

I had to wiggle it back/forth for things that felt like they were "caught" but I got it.

Got it out in 50 seconds after looking at that diagram. I missed the bolt on top closest to firewall. Thanks!

Remember to replace it with one with the space for the cabin filter.
