Icon2 2001 Honda Civic Cooling System Problem

so the other day i had my cars tires spinning and i had some bad wheel hop and the car completely shut down smoothly (not an aggresive stall). i turned it back over and it fired up and got it home. started the next morning and i noticed after my normal drive the temperature gauge did not raise at all when it is normally at full temp by this time. i replaced the thermostat, temp sensor and rad fan sensor. car constanlty idles like it's cold (1200 RPM), fan wont kick in and temperature will not raise. I drained the coolent, filled, burped it and replaced the water pump as well. i drove the car about 15 minutes and i couldnt smell anuthing burning but im worried to drive it and have it overheat and wharp. Any suggestions as to what may fix this

Have you considered maybe the cluster gauge is broken?
