I've seen many 96-00 Clusters, and compiled this a while back but came across another cluster (maybe custom, maybe not)

I haven't had a Honda in almost 2 years but out of curiosity wanted to know if anybody has information on this cluster as shown in the video

 

They look like over lays to me

 

I've seen that before on ek9.org. I'll go see if I can find it again.
