I have been reading online and it seems like it might be water pump bearings? Possibly Exhaust manifold rattle.

Doesn't sound like water pump to me.
It could be the exhaust manifold has cracked, or the gasket between the manifold and down pipe has failed. Use a quality penetrating oil like AeroKroil on the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts, remove the heat shield, and inspect the manifold for damage.

 

I just noticed, my coolant resovoir was 100% empty and the coolant looked dirty inside.

 

Clean out the reservoir, refill.
Verify the radiator has coolant in it.
Verify temp gauge is functional.
Verify oil is full.
