Everytime the clutch pedal is almost fully returned it makes a noise as if it's sticking. It chirps when your letting it back up...any suggestions? Also take a look at this pic...oil in dem spark plugs
Picture shows failed spark plug grommets. They come with the valve cover gasket set.
Try lubricating the pivot points of the clutch pedal. Mine was also very noisy before I applied some grease. Apply to the hinge point and to the pushrod pin.

Thank you for the reply, I will try it, as as for the plugs yes I'm going to do top and bottom spark plug tube seals along with a valve adjustment
