I had a feeling the ecu on my car was no good. Took a quick look and this is what i found. What do you guys think?

Signs of water ingress? Hard to say if there's damage or not. Strip the housing away and clean the green board gently with a toothbrush.

The second image is just the soldered areas where the "chipping" takes place. Beside being a bit sloppy it looks pretty typical.
