Default Honda Civic 99 Starting problems

Hello, i am having problems with my car, it just keeps cranking and it wont start at all.. It's a turbo b16a2 motor, i just replaced the block since the other one cracked a cylender, i'm getting spark, fuel, timing is good.

New spark plugs, new headgasket..

The car has P28 Crome mapped

here is a video of it starting.

Any idea what could be wrong here?

It's not getting spark or fuel or it would be trying to fire at least, I'd recheck for spark by taking the plug out plugging it back in and using a spark tester or just hold it close to metal, if you have spark, try and little starter fluid in the intake and see if it tries to fire or not, as long as timing is actually good, it has to be either no spark or no gas

I checked the spark already, new plugs, tried another distributor also, i did loose up the bolt on fuel rail, also did loose up on the injector, sprayed good out of them... also gas smell of the spark plugs, but not really wet though.

Check the spark plug firing order.

Compression test the cylinders.

-Re-Verify Mechanical Timing
-Compression Check
-Verify Spark plug wires are in correct firing order
-Verify every spark plug is getting spark
-Verify Fuel Pressure
-Use a Noid light and test every injector and make sure they are pulsing.

Do this and let us know the results. I hope this helps.

Compression tested it, went all smooth, good compression... all of a sudden it doesnt get spark.

Tested my distributor on friends car, got spark on it there.

Tested my friends distributor in my car, didnt get any spark either there, any idea? the wires to the distributor connector look very good.
