Default 1/4 mile with n2o

I know this probably has been discussed before, but I would like to get some opinions with my setup. Its a 92LS in a 91 Crx SI...fastest time was 15.0, and consistent 15.1's. Im planning on getting a ZEX kit, how much will this improve my 1/4 mile times running a 55 or 65 shot?

Haven't got any times yet but I smoked a 94 Civic hatch with an LS JRSC last weekend. I'm running an 88' CRX Si JDM B16 with a 75 shot of NOS.
I'm estimating high 13's

i think a sec and a half is about right, invest in some slicks and fuel pump and you should be low 13's if not 12's.

Nah he should be in the mid-high 13's with slicks and proper fuel management.

tell u right now
its not going to kill a lot of ur ET times...
my buddy has a 89 CRX with a 92 LS engine, ITR oil pump, ITR rods. B16A1 pistons, 50 shot wet, slicks and he runs 14.3's....hes a great driver....and those times are really good... for and engine that might be putting around 185 to the crank... if u tell me a 50shot on a b16 then ill tell u that u might break into 13's with proper fuel system and slicks...

I would tend to agree with Mr.s
But it would also depend on the elevation
that you're racing at.

xtrafast got the right idea ~ dont listen to everyone else.. with the low compression of a LS you wanna go directport. i have jetted up to a 100 shot. if you run with a good fuel pump and take the right percautions you got 12's easy and cheaply.

I would be extremely dissapointed to run a 14.3 with those mods. those are terrible times no matter how you look at it.

Old B18A crx ran a consistant 14 flat with street tires. An occasional 13.9 with slicks. not many mods.. just I/H/E and gutted interior.
Tried a 50 Shot NOS and the intake shattered up into pieces like a glass bottle. Damn... brings back memories. This was back around 95-96..

Your friend IS NOT a good driver....or obviously something's wrong with the car! He's supose to run mid 14's OFF the bottle AND with a stock OR lightly modified LS engine. Especially in a CRX

And to the guy with the CRX with the zex kit, you will run low-mid 13's if you can hook up, good luck.

My friend just ran a 13.3 @98mph with a 55 shot zex, B16 in an EK gutted w/ H/I/E, but something went wrong. He did miss a gear right at the end of that run too and then probably bounced limiter and then something went wrong.

First we noticed the electrode burned clean off the plugs, with new plugs the car still ran like **** (3cyl). We don't know whats wrong, burnt valve? Hole through the piston.

jdm ef9 your friends time is terrible(sorry). imo you should be able to run a mid 14 bone stock, specially in a crx... seen it done in a 89 hatch si.

Some kid around here has a B18A in his 91 hatch with stock suspension and full interior and he ran 14.5 on the motor and 12.7 @ 108 with a 100 shot direct port. I would have driven that to 12.20s with that MPH.

I went 14.3 in my 92 Si HB with B18c and bolt ons with street tires. I threw on a direct port 100 shot and a good set of slick and ran 12.07 @ 113.1. That's over two seconds dropped...
